Perdre du poids avant l'été

1) Mangez léger le soir

Pour éviter de stocker de nouvelles graisses et pour optimiser votre perte de gras, mangez léger le soir en supprimant les glucides de votre assiette : féculents, légumineuses, sucres, fruits, desserts…

2) Evitez les aliments « plaisirs »

Les aliments plaisirs sont à la fois très gras et très sucrés : viennoiseries, Nutella, biscuits industriels, barres chocolatées, crèmes desserts… Si vous voulez maigrir, il va falloir diminuer, voire supprimer leur consommation.

3) Faites du cardio à jeun

Les séances cardiovasculaires longues permettent d’utiliser les graisses comme carburant de l’effort et ainsi de brûler les réserves adipeuses. Ce phénomène est accentué lorsqu’on est à jeun.
