En musculation, il existe une notion fondamentale : l’équilibre des muscles agonistes et antagonistes. Un muscle agoniste est un muscle qui crée un mouvement donné, par exemple la flexion du coude, un muscle antagoniste sera le muscle qui permettra d’effectuer le mouvement opposé, en l’occurrence l’extension du coude.

Le bassin tient un rôle crucial dans l’équilibre musculaire global. Pour avoir un bassin équilibré, vous devez être tonique des abdos et de leurs antagonistes : les lombaires. En somme, vous devez effectuer autant d’exercices d’abdos que de lombaires.
